Upgraded Network and Servers

This past week, our entire server farm was updated and upgraded.  We elected to transfer all our services to a more responsive and faster provider.  During the last 5 years, our server provider was reliable but unfortunately, we needed more resources.  We needed more transfer speeds to handle more website requests.  Finding a top tier server provider is tricky.  After researching many providers and trying their services for a week or two, we decided to go with a provider that can handle high transfer speeds with low latency.  This will help our services by reducing the response time for sites to load.  Another words, we made our services online faster.  And since we are an international company, we wanted to provide faster services outside our primary region which is near Singapore.  Our international speeds are faster now with our new server provider.  We are transferring data at the rate of 1 to 10 Gigabits per second to regions in the United States.  We had speeds around 300 Megabits per second with our former server provider.  And for our primary Southeast Asia region, we are now transferring data at 10 Gigabits per second.  We hope to keep our services at optimal speeds wherever available.

In addition to our upgraded network speeds, we are now using NvME drives in all of our servers.  Our previous servers had SSD.  This improves the response time a lot.  And many of our CPU processors are no more than 2 years old.
